Shipping policy

• Orders are processed within [1–3] business days of payment confirmation.
• All products are shipped across India via reputed courier partners. Estimated delivery: [5–10] business days depending on location.

• A tracking link is shared on your email/WhatsApp once the order is dispatched.
• Delays caused by courier partners, weather, or events beyond our control are not grounds for cancellation, but we will assist in tracking every order to delivery.

Cancellations & refunds

• Orders can be cancelled within [24 hours] of placing them, provided they have not been dispatched. Contact us with your payment reference to cancel.
• Since our products are printed on demand, we accept returns/replacements only for: damaged items, manufacturing defects, or a wrong item/size shipped by us.
• To claim, contact us within [48 hours] of delivery with an unboxing photo/video showing the issue.
• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within [5–7] business days via Razorpay. Replacements ship at no extra cost.
• Size exchanges for wrongly ordered sizes are [allowed once, buyer pays return shipping / not available] — choose your size carefully using the size guide.

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or banking details.
• When paying, you must correctly mention the product name, size, and color as prompted; orders with incomplete details will be confirmed with you over email/WhatsApp before dispatch.
• Product colors may vary slightly from photos due to screen settings and print batches.
• All designs, artwork, and the PETROCRIB name are our intellectual property and may not be reproduced without permission.
• These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in [your district], Kerala.

Privacy policy

• We collect information needed to fulfil orders, such as name, contact number, email, shipping address, and product selection.
• We also use first-party website analytics to understand visits, product interest, cart activity and traffic sources. This can include an anonymous browser/session identifier, pages viewed, approximate city/region/country supplied by our hosting provider, referral source (for example Google, Instagram or Facebook), and campaign parameters such as UTM tags. We do not use this analytics system to collect precise GPS location.
• Payment information is collected and processed by Razorpay under their privacy policy; we never see or store your full payment credentials.
• We use contact details to process orders, share tracking updates, and respond to queries. We do not sell personal data. Necessary information may be shared with payment and delivery providers to fulfil an order.
• You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information by contacting us at the email above, subject to records we must retain for legal, accounting or fraud-prevention purposes.
• This website is hosted on Vercel and our administration/backend services may be hosted by cloud service providers; those providers may process standard technical request data to operate the services.
